Sonia Morris is the Founder of Nutricise Health. Sonia is a fully qualified registered Nutritionist with over 15 years experience. She is passionate about equipping individuals with up to date, evidence based information in order to make healthy lifestyle choices. She believes that ‘we are what we eat’ and small changes can make a BIG impact.

No dieting just healthy sustainable eating. Nutricise Health has worked with mothers-to-be, children, teens, adults, families, community groups, one to one, Gyms, Hotels and Food manufacturers.

Training is a part of our overall provision be it in all aspects of Nutrition, Health, Exercise or Food Safety.

The eat-well guide contains different kinds of food in certain quantities and proportions so that the requirement for calories, fluids, macro-nutrients such as proteins, and micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals are adequate for food energy.

A balanced diet should be sufficient to provide essential nutrients for the functioning and maintenance of the cells, tissues, and organ of our body.

The average daily calorie intake for men is approximately 2500kcal, for women is 2000kcal. These values can vary depending on age, size, and physical activity levels. Children have different nutritional needs.
